He was arraigned in Malden District Court July 23.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"2\">According to the Middlesex County district attorney&#8217;s office, a victim knocked on his door as part of her job selling phone plans.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"3\">Mugford allegedly threatened her with weapons before holding her against her will in his home and sexually assaulting her.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"4\"> At a dangerousness hearing Friday, he was found dangerous and held without bail.
