(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fox10tv.com\/2025\/08\/12\/woman-accused-lighting-her-ex-boyfriends-car-fire\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.fox10tv.com\/2025\/08\/12\/woman-accused-lighting-her-ex-boyfriends-car-fire\/\">WALA<\/a>\/Gray News) &#8211; A woman is accused of setting her ex-boyfriend\u2019s car on fire for breaking up with her.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">A video allegedly shows Kimberly Valente-Aviles pulling into a parking lot and going up to her ex-boyfriend\u2019s car with paper that was on fire. Then, she allegedly got back in her car and left.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Minutes later, white smoke started billowing out of the car.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">About six minutes go by before someone notices. A man pulled up and got out of his truck to see what was going on before leaving to get help. Moments later, a man walked out with a fire extinguisher.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">According to police, Valente-Aviles was mad that her boyfriend broke up with her, so she was getting revenge.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Valente-Aviles has been on the run for a few weeks, but was arrested when she got back to town to try and work things out with her ex-boyfriend, according to police.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">She is charged with 2nd-degree arson.<\/p>\n<p class=\"copyright |\">Copyright 2025 WALA via Gray Local Media, Inc.
