An Ohio nutjob is facing years behind bars after she reportedly phoned in dozens of bomb threats to government offices in Mississippi investigating Nolan Wells\u2019 death<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Michelle Francine Edwards allegedly left 29 alarming calls with the Jackson County Sheriff\u2019s Office and the George County Chancery Clerk\u2019s Office last month threatening \u201cthe clock is ticking\u201d and warning \u201cDo not go outside,\u201d WBTV reported<\/a>, according to a federal complaint.<\/p>\n

Edwards, of Cincinnati, allegedly made two sets of calls on July 23 using a blocked number, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n

The clerk\u2019s office received 21 calls from a blocked number in the span of eight minutes that day.<\/p>\n

The sheriff\u2019s office dispatch then received eight calls using *67 to mask the caller\u2019s identity in less than 20 minutes, the outlet reported.<\/p>\n

That masked dialer said, \u201cy\u2019all got a bomb outside, don\u2019t come outside b**ch,\u201d and later, \u201cy\u2019all still in there?\u201d<\/p>\n

The ominous threats triggered a building lockdown and a bomb sweep with K-9 units, investigators said.<\/p>\n

After submitting an emergency disclosure request to both C-Spire and Verizon to identify the phone number used to place the calls, investigators linked it back to Edwards.<\/p>\n

Cell tower data from the night of the incident also showed the phone used to make the calls had \u201cbedded down\u201d near the loon\u2019s address in Cincinnati.<\/p>\n

She was slapped with threatening communication in interstate commerce charges Thursday. <\/p>\n

The threats came in the weeks after investigators, including the sheriff\u2019s office, opened a probe into the death of Mississippian Nolan Wells.<\/p>\n

The football player, who is black, was visiting the remote island with friends, all of whom were white. But Wells decided to stay behind while they returned inland because of a mechanical issue with the boat,\u00a0according to the mother of one of his friends.<\/a><\/p>\n

Though nothing has pointed authorities to suggest foul play, Wells\u2019 family has retained civil rights attorney Ben Crump.<\/p>\n

Officials also charged Joseph Alfredo Vasquez Dumarce with interstate transmission of a threatening communication last week after he sent a series of threatening messages to Judge\u00a0Ashlee Cole,<\/a> the stepmom of one of Wells\u2019 friends.<\/p>\n

The messages from social media account \u201cyaeyae962\u201d allegedly sent Cole \u2014 a judge in Jackson County \u2014 death threats, threats to strangle her children, and said bombs were being sent to her address.<\/p>\n
