Ahead of the fall release, the Montreal producer\u2019s LuckyMe imprint has also dropped the lead single, \u201cPresence.\u201d Scroll down to listen to the bass-heavy two-step track.<\/p>\n<p>The album\u2019s feature selections\u2014including <a href=\"https:\/\/pitchfork.com\/artists\/dj-boring\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">DJ Boring<\/a>, umru, and SAM-E\u2014were all inspired by the organic relationships in Greene\u2019s network. \u201cThis record moves away from concepts and follows an intuition for places where I wanted to be and where I would be wanted,\u201d they said in a press statement. \u201cThe track with Noah [SEES0000] is here because I love it, but also because we walked from his studio to get Sonoran tacos and talked about life.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Greene\u2019s new album follows 2019\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/pitchfork.com\/reviews\/albums\/jacques-greene-dawn-chorus\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Dawn Chorus<\/a>. In 2025, he collaborated with Nosaj Thing on a <a href=\"https:\/\/pitchfork.com\/reviews\/albums\/verses-gt-nosaj-thing-jacques-greene-verses-gt\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">self-titled album<\/a> under the alias Verses GT.<\/p>\n<p>jg:<br \/>01 Closer feat.
