She will report to Scott Greenstein, the company\u2019s president and chief content officer. In her new role, Tartikoff will oversee SiriusXM\u2019s content and serve as an advisor to its leadership team.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tTartikoff joins SiriusXM from Paramount Pictures, where she served as executive vp of global communications. Prior to that, she was head of content and advertising communications at Spotify and had been senior vp of global communications at Universal Filmed Entertainment Group. The company will also provide recording and publishing opportunities. Mitchell had been at the Erv Woolsey Company and served as the management company\u2019s president ahead of its recent closing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tJoining Mitchell in his new venture includes EJ Bernas (artist manager, director of DSPS, satellite and terrestrial radio); Kacey Wright (manager, social and digital marketing) and Josh Halasz (digital content, marketing and strategy).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cMusic, especially country music, has been my passion for as long as I can remember,\u201d Mitchell said in a statement. \u201cWhile I never dreamed of standing in the Opry Circle, I always dreamed of standing in the shadows supporting those who do. Already, the company\u2019s roster includes Angel Du$t, Tim Heidecker, Dillinger Four, Poison Ruin, Cold World and Gorilla Biscuits.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tBased in New York City, Oestreich has been a partner at The Acheron in Brooklyn, N.Y., and was Saint Vitus\u2019 production manager. He also worked with Mdou Moctar, Chelsea Wolfe and Snail Mail at Another Management Company.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cThe artists I work with aren\u2019t just clients; they\u2019re people I\u2019ve known, respected and believed in for years,\u201d Oestreich said in a statement. \u201cThat\u2019s the foundation of this company.
