(KBAK\/KBFX) \u2014 Bakersfield police are asking the public&#8217;s help in finding an at-risk runaway 17-year-old girl, last seen in southwest Bakersfield. <\/p>\n<p>Heather Danielle Rapp, 17, was last seen on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at around 1:54 a.m. in the 900 block of Papaya Grove Drive, near Gosford and McCutchen roads.<\/p>\n<p>Rapp is considered at-risk due to having no prior reports of missing.<\/p>\n<p>Rapp is described as 5&#8217;7&#8243; tall, 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
