Driven in part by A-list celebrities like Kris <\/a>Jenner and Denise Richards, facelifts are on the rise.<\/p>\n According to the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS), facelifts ranked as the second-most popular plastic surgery procedure<\/a> in 2025.<\/p>\n While popularity is peaking, the price point of the procedure varies widely. <\/p>\n Rumor has it that Jenner\u2019s lift set her back six figures<\/a>, while other facelifts clock in at a fraction of that, somewhere in the $30,000 to $70,000 range.<\/p>\n Most would assume that when it comes to work done on one\u2019s money-maker, the more expensive, the better the results, right? Not quite, according to Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Ben Talei.<\/a><\/p>\n \u201cIt could be absolutely no difference,\u201d Talei, who\u2019s responsible for Denise Richards\u2019 viral facial transformation<\/a> and singer Sia\u2019s self-proclaimed \u201camazing\u201d facelift<\/a>, told The Post.<\/p>\n Kris Jenner\u2019s stunning facelift sent shockwaves across social media. Instagram\/@krisjenner<\/p>\n \u201cThe price would suggest that one would be better than the other, but it doesn\u2019t actually mean that the more expensive one is better than the less expensive one,\u201d the surgeon explained.<\/p>\n However, for one of Talei\u2019s patients, top dollar equals top tier.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cYou get what you pay for,\u201d Los Angeles-based real estate agent Pate Stevens<\/a> of The Agency<\/a> told The Post.\u00a0<\/p>\n Stevens, who underwent a facial rejuvenation by Talei last fall, to the tune of $224,000, believes that in LA, there\u2019s more bad work than good, and the bad is\u2026loud.<\/p>\n LA-based real estate agent Pate Stevens before and after his cosmetic work.<\/p>\n \u201cI can spot 90% of facelifts three blocks away,\u201d Stevens told The Post,\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cThe face is pulled so tight, the lips are so big, and the eyes are so open.\u201d<\/p>\n The pursuit of a more natural look led Stevens to Talei, who he says offers a subtler East Coast, old-money aesthetic.<\/p>\n \u201cHe\u2019s from New York, he\u2019s not here to do stretchy face lifts with duck lips,\u201d Stevens said.<\/p>\n Stevens underwent an AuraLyft, a type of neck lift and deep-plane facelift patented by Talei<\/p>\n Stevens shared that aside from a mutual aversion to duck lips, Talei\u2019s goal for facial rejuvenation aligned with his own: to ensure he remained recognizable.<\/p>\n \u201cI wanted to look refreshed, not stretched, and I wanted to look like myself,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
