Mariota went to the locker room a short time later. <\/p>\n<p>Mariota\u2019s departure came after a play that saw him hand the ball off to Kaytron Allen, but he took a hit while delivering a pass on the previous play. Reports from the game say Mariota appeared to be gesturing to his knee. <\/p>\n<p>Sam Hartman took over at quarterback for the Commanders.
