We know how important this is to you. We\u2019ve heard you, and this is one more way we\u2019re putting you in the center of everything we do.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neil Patrick Harris appeared dressed as Dreamfinder and holding a Figment plush for the announcement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For years, fans have demanded an overhaul of the Journey Into Imagination attraction and to bring back Dreamfinder. The character was part of the original version of the attraction. He used his Dream Mobile to create Figment and the pair led guests through scenes representing Art, Literature, Performing Arts, and Science.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Imagination Pavilion has suffered since the removal of the original Journey Into Imagination attraction in 1998. It was replaced by Journey into Your Imagination, which was largely regarded as a complete disaster. That version only lasted  from 1999 to 2001 before being replaced by the also heavily criticized Journey into Imagination with Figment.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1180\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/JourneyIntoImagination_0011180x600.jpg\" alt=\"Dreamfinder, a man in a tuxedo and top hat, holds Figment, a small purple cartoon-like dragon wearing a yellow sweater, standing in front of a sign that partially reads \" journey=\"\" into=\"\" imagination.=\"\" class=\"wp-image-775686\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the years, there have been long-standing rumors about different Disney IPs replacing or joining Figment, including\u00a0Phineas and Ferb\u00a0and\u00a0Inside Out.
