{"id":818672,"date":"2026-08-19T10:42:16","date_gmt":"2026-08-19T10:42:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/818672\/"},"modified":"2026-08-19T10:42:16","modified_gmt":"2026-08-19T10:42:16","slug":"popular-oregon-whale-watching-site-closed-for-repairs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/818672\/","title":{"rendered":"Popular Oregon whale watching site closed for repairs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A popular site for whale watching along the Oregon Coast is now closed for several weeks for repairs.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/stateparks.oregon.gov\/index.cfm?do=park.profile&amp;parkId=183\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Whale Watching Center in Depoe Bay<\/a> offers views of gray whales throughout the year including the thousands that migrate biannually between Alaska and Mexico, as well as those that hang out year-round.
