Overnight high speed chase ends in Raytown with two in custody<\/p>\n

MSHP troopers tell us a driver went over 100 MPH through Lee’s Summit<\/p>\n

Two people are in custody after a high-speed chase early Friday morning. <\/p>\n

Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers tell us they were trying to pull over the driver of a Kia SUV near 291 and 50 Highways in Lee’s Summit just after 4:00 AM. Troopers say the vehicle matched the description of a suspect vehicle in vehicle break-ins in Lee’s Summit. <\/p>\n

The driver didn’t pull over and sped through Lee’s Summit and Raytown at over 100 miles per hour. <\/p>\n

Troopers say the driver pulled into an apartment complex near Blue Ridge Cutoff and East 61st Terrace where three people fled the car. <\/p>\n

Two people were brought into custody. As of now, one person is still on the loose. <\/p>\n
