\n\tIn honor of the 10-year anniversary of The Tragically Hip\u2019s final show, CBC will rebroadcast the recording of the concert in full tonight, August 22. In addition to the concert, the special will begin with a new short film directed by Downie\u2019s brother, Mike, which features never-before-seen footage of the band on tour. Titled A Beautiful Thing, the film will also include clips of \u201cnotable Canadians sharing what The Hip has meant to them and the historic significance of that last concert in Kingston,\u201d per a release.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe final concert \u2014 and tour \u2014 is also being commemorated on a special three-disc vinyl release that features live recordings from the band\u2019s final cross-Canada run.<\/p>\n
