Kroy Biermann was spotted for the first time since his and Kim Zolciak\u2019s eldest son, Kroy \u201cKJ\u201d Jagger Biermann Jr., was arrested on sexual assault charges<\/a>. <\/p>\n According to photos obtained by Page Six, the former Atlanta Falcons star was seen picking up his 14-year-old son,\u00a0Kash,\u00a0from football practice\u00a0at a fitness facility in Alpharetta, Georgia, on Saturday.<\/p>\n Kroy appeared to be glued to his phone the entire time, looking down at his mobile device as the teen stood next to him in his practice uniform.<\/p>\n The ex-NFL star, 40, looked casual for the outing, wearing a white T-shirt, black jeans and black shoes. <\/p>\n Kroy Biermann (seen above Saturday) stepped out for the first time since his son KJ was arrested on sexual assault charges. BACKGRID<\/p>\n Kroy\u2019s outing came nearly a week after his son KJ, 15, was taken into custody last Monday for aggravated sodomy (a forceful sex act involving the mouth or anus) and aggravated sexual battery.<\/p>\n According to court docs obtained by Page Six, a female classmate accused KJ of assaulting her in the Life Time fitness center in Alpharetta on April 23.<\/p>\n The girl \u2014 who was 15 at the time of the alleged assault and described herself as \u201cKJ\u2019s girlfriend\u2019s best friend\u201d \u2014 claimed to officials that KJ allegedly forced himself on her despite her saying no while they were in a co-ed sauna.<\/p>\n She claimed in the court docs that KJ attempted \u201cmultiple times to have sexual intercourse with her by trying to pull down her pants.\u201d<\/p>\n He dressed casually for the outing. Alpharetta Police Department<\/p>\n Police have launched an investigation into the alleged incident. <\/p>\n In a statement to Page Six Friday, KJ\u2019s lawyer, Jason Sheffield, claimed that his client is \u201c100% innocent\u201d and that he \u201ctried to present evidence to the arresting officer, including a passed polygraph by a notable and respected sex offender polygrapher.\u201d <\/p>\n The attorney also claimed he has \u201cevidence of other prior false allegations by the alleged victim.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cAdditionally, the officer\u2019s report notes [that investigators] found no male DNA on or inside the areas the alleged victim claimed she was assaulted. I\u2019m asking the public not to presume the truth of these allegations and to give the families on both sides their space and privacy,\u201d the lawyer\u2019s statement concluded.<\/p>\n In an exclusive statement to Page Six, Zolciak, 48, slammed the \u201creckless\u201d and \u201cdeeply troubling\u201d allegations<\/a> against her eldest son.<\/p>\n \u201cThe allegations being made against my son are nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling. He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged,\u201d the former \u201cReal Housewives of Atlanta\u201d star\u2019s statement began.<\/p>\n KJ\u2019s mom, Kim Zociak (seen above with ex Kroy in 2016), slammed the \u201creckless\u201d and \u201cdeeply troubling\u201d allegations against her eldest son.
