Baltimore police break up student crowd at The Rotunda after scooter crashes and fight<\/p>\n

Baltimore police responded to The Rotunda in Hampden on Monday afternoon to assist private security with a large group of students in the area.<\/p>\n

According to police, officers observed a large crowd of students gathered outside several stores and using public spaces when they arrived.<\/p>\n

Police said the officers also responded to two separate incidents involving students who lost control of Lime scooters and crashed.<\/p>\n

In one of the incidents, a scooter struck the storefront of Cinnaholic, breaking a window. In the second, a scooter struck a car in the parking lot.<\/p>\n

Officers also broke up a verbal and physical fight involving several female students.<\/p>\n
