SSA Services:<\/p>\n
Representatives from the Social Security Administration (SSA) will provide the following services by\u202fappointment only.<\/p>\n
Discuss basic entitlement requirements for the\u00a0different types\u00a0of Social Security benefits.
Develop benefit claims. Retirement and Disability can be completed online at\u202fssa.gov<\/a>.
Process Social Security Number applications.
Resolve post-entitlement issues (e.g.\u00a0change of address, report of death, Medicare enrollments, direct deposit enrollment, non-receipt of benefits, etc.)
<\/p>\n To request an appointment, please send an e-mail to\u202fFBU.Manila@ssa.gov<\/a>\u202fwith the subject line\u202f\u201cClark Outreach\u201d.\u00a0SSA\/FBU will notify applicants of their appointment and provide instructions on what to bring to the event.<\/p>\n To\u00a0expedite\u00a0your visit, please bring both the originals and photocopies of documents that you need to\u00a0submit\u00a0to SSA. The SSA representative will keep the photocopies and return the original documents to you.<\/p>\n ACS Services:<\/p>\n ACS services will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.\u202f\u202fWe recommend arriving early to secure a spot.<\/p>\n Consular Report\u00a0of\u00a0Birth Abroad (CRBA):<\/p>\n
