\n\tOn Thursday, the Barbara Walters-created daytime talk show released a promo for its 30th season, kicking off Tuesday, Sept. 8, confirming the return of co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg, Sara Haines, Joy Behar, Ana Navarro, Sunny Hostin and Alyssa Farah Griffin.<\/p>\n

\n\tMeanwhile, The View approaches its big 30th season amid ABC\u2019s First Amendment lawsuit against Trump\u2019s FCC<\/a>, which has launched an investigation<\/a> into whether the talk show is subject to the agency\u2019s equal time rule, while also calling for an early review<\/a> of the network\u2019s licenses.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn June, ABC aired spots during The View, urging viewers to file comments<\/a> with the FCC, as deadlines neared for public input as part of the agency\u2019s proceedings.<\/p>\n
