\n\tThe Warning<\/a> notches a record-setting No. 1 on Billboard\u2019s Mainstream Rock Airplay<\/a> chart dated Sept. 5, with \u201cKerosene\u201d rising to the top of the survey. The trio \u2014 comprising sisters Alejandra, Daniela and Paulina Villarreal Velez \u2014 becomes both the first Mexican band and the first all-women band to rule over the ranking\u2019s 45-year history.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cKerosene\u201d is the second No. 1 by two or more women in 2026, following \u201cEnd of You,\u201d a collaboration between Evanescence<\/a>\u2019s Amy Lee<\/a>, Poppy<\/a> and Spiritbox<\/a>\u2019s Courtney LaPlante, in February. The other women to lead the list this year are Taylor Momsen, who fronts The Pretty Reckless<\/a> (\u201cWhen I Wake Up,\u201d June), and Mckenna Grace<\/a>, as featured on Ice Nine Kills<\/a>\u2019 \u201cTwisting the Knife\u201d (July).<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Warning first appeared on Mainstream Rock Airplay in 2022 with \u201cMoney,\u201d which rose to No. 31. The group boasts two top 10s, both reaching No. 8, prior to its new No. 1: \u201cS!ck,\u201d in 2024, and Dead Poet Society<\/a>\u2019s \u201cHurt,\u201d on which the band is featured, last year. Concurrently, \u201cKerosene\u201d jumps 10-6 on the all-rock-format, audience-based Rock & Alternative Airplay<\/a> chart with 3.3 million audience impressions in the week ending Aug. 27, up 7% week over week, according to Luminate.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe song also hit the top 10 for the first time on the most recently published, multimetric Hot Hard Rock Songs<\/a> chart (dated Aug. 29, reflecting data tracked Aug. 14-20). In addition to its radio airplay, the song earned 255,000 chart-eligible streams in the United States.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cKerosene\u201d is on Everything\u2019s Falling, The Warning\u2019s fifth studio album, out today, Aug. 28.<\/p>\n
