SAN ANTONIO \u2013 Power outages and storm damage have forced several San Antonio-area businesses to close Saturday.<\/p>\n
Friday night\u2019s storms left hundreds of downed trees and power lines across the city, knocking out power for thousands of residents. San Antonio has seen up to 1\u2033-3\u2033 in spots since Friday night, according to the KSAT Weather Authority team.<\/p>\n
>> LIVE UPDATES: San Antonio-area power outages could last several days, CPS Energy and city officials say<\/a><\/p>\n With power outages that could last several days, here is a list of San Antonio-area businesses that remain closed.<\/p>\n 3 cooling locations closed due to power outages<\/p>\n Three city libraries serving as cooling locations are without power and closed to the public, Mayor Gina Ortiz Jones said.<\/p>\n The affected libraries are Bazan, Las Palmas and San Pedro. All other city libraries and park centers will serve as cooling centers and operate during normal hours Saturday and Sunday, Jones said.<\/p>\n Banks<\/p>\n RBFCU<\/p>\n The federal credit union said its Austin Highway (1032 Austin Highway) and Windcrest (7720 Interstate 35 N. Frontage Road) branches will be closed Saturday for the safety of its members and employees.<\/p>\n \u201cMembers can continue to access their accounts through Online Banking and the RBFCU Mobile app,\u201d RBFCU said in a Facebook post.<\/p>\n Members can check the latest branch hours and updates here<\/a>.<\/p>\n Schools<\/p>\n San Antonio College<\/p>\n The college will be closed Saturday following storm-related power outages.<\/p>\n Attractions <\/p>\n Morgan\u2019s Wonderland<\/p>\n The theme park announced on Instagram that it would be closed Saturday due to Friday night\u2019s storm. <\/p>\n Santikos Galaxy<\/p>\n The movie theater, located at 2938 NE Loop 410, will be closed Saturday as crews work to restore power in the building. <\/p>\n \u201cWe will post an update when the theater is ready to re-open,\u201d the post read. \u201cThank you for your understanding.\u201d<\/p>\n The Witte Museum<\/p>\n The museum will be closed Saturday for minor repairs, according to an Instagram post. <\/p>\n Restaurants<\/p>\n The Cove<\/p>\n The restaurant, located at 606 W. Cypress St. in the Five Points area, will be closed until further notice.<\/p>\n In an Instagram post, The Cove said Friday night\u2019s storms flooded its dining room, damaged fencing and blew away several of its signs.<\/p>\n The Cove will provide updates as soon as they know when the restaurant can safely reopen. <\/p>\n \u201cWe\u2019re okay. The building is still standing. Flores St. in the Five Points area, will be closed Saturday after losing power in the storms.<\/p>\n Chris Madrids<\/p>\n Chris Madrid\u2019s, located at 1900 Blanco Road, will be closed until power is restored, according to the restaurant. It will provide updates on when it plans to reopen.<\/p>\n Pico de Gallo<\/p>\n Due to Friday night\u2019s storms and power outages, the restaurant will be closed Saturday.<\/p>\n \u201cThe safety of our guests and team members is our top priority,\u201d the post stated. \u201cWe sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.\u201d<\/p>\n Pico de Gallo is located at 111 S.
