Troopers arrested him and brought him to a local hospital to be evaluated. No other injuries were reported.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"3\">Seely is facing several charges including DWI, disobeying a police officer and reckless driving. He is scheduled to be arraigned in court in September.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"4\">This is a breaking news story.
