{"id":834109,"date":"2026-09-02T12:06:21","date_gmt":"2026-09-02T12:06:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/834109\/"},"modified":"2026-09-02T12:06:21","modified_gmt":"2026-09-02T12:06:21","slug":"aeon-bank-users-can-now-pay-with-google-pay","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/834109\/","title":{"rendered":"AEON Bank Users Can Now Pay With Google Pay"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Free Newsletter<\/p>\n<p>Get the hottest Fintech Malaysia News once a month in your Inbox<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fintechnews.my\/tag\/AEON-Bank\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">AEON Bank<\/a> customers can now use <a href=\"https:\/\/fintechnews.my\/tag\/Google-Pay\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Google Pay<\/a> with the bank\u2019s Visa Debit Card-i.<\/p>\n<p>Customers can add the card to Google Wallet on compatible Android devices and use it for contactless payments in stores and online wherever Google Pay is accepted.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fintechnews.my\/tag\/IDEMIA\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">IDEMIA Secure Transactions<\/a> supported the Google Pay rollout, marking its first digital card deployment in Malaysia.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>   <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/4qqcz8I\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">&#13;<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/0508-Webinar-Thunes-600x500-ezgif.com-optimize-2.gif\" width=\"600\" height=\"500\"\/><\/a><br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>The bank is also offering 3% cashback on eligible Google Pay purchases from 28 August to 30 September 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Cashback is capped at RM30 per customer and will be credited after the transaction is settled.<\/p>\n<p>Customers must link their AEON Bank Visa Debit Card-i to Google Wallet and pay through Google Pay during the campaign period.
