Hewitt, who is the son of Australian tennis legend Lleyton Hewitt, and his friendship with Roger Federer\u2019s 17-year-old daughter Myla was on full display in Queens.<\/p>\n

The two sat next to each other in the stands while watching the U.S. Open on Monday night. They were spotted sharing laughs and smiles with each other while looking something up on each other\u2019s phones.<\/p>\n

The teenagers leaned into each other often throughout the match, looking comfortable with one another.<\/p>\n

Other members of the Federer family were present at the match \u2014 not only to watch the action but to witness the 20-time Grand Slam winner receiving his International Tennis Hall of Fame ring during a special ceremony at Arthur Ashe Stadium.<\/p>\n

The ceremony took place between Ben Shelton\u2019s first-round victory over Dutchman Tallon Griekspoor and Naomi Osaka\u2019s opening win over Anastasia Zakharova in her Allen Iverson-inspired look.<\/a><\/p>\n

Myla\u2019s twin sister Charlene and younger brother Leo were also in the stands in Queens. The two were seen separately, cheering on Shelton throughout his four-set win.<\/p>\n

Hewitt is one of the top young tennis players and one of the favorites in the U.S. Open juniors competition.<\/p>\n

Hewitt, Myla and Charlene have been seen together often throughout the year. <\/p>\n

Hewitt also sat with the twins at the Australian Open in January and was spotted greeting them at Wimbledon as he arrived for the junior boys\u2019 final.<\/p>\n

The trio\u2019s consistent appearances have sparked interest among fans, especially when it comes to the possible romance between Hewitt and Myla. <\/p>\n

An insider told Woman\u2019s Day<\/a> that it would make \u201csense\u201d if the two \u201cwould as least be mates\u201d considering their closeness and Hewitt\u2019s closeness with her twin as well. <\/p>\n

\u201cIf they are really an item, then for both sets of parents, it would be a relief of sorts because they each know that they have grown up together with very similar values,\u201d the insider said.<\/p>\n

Hewitt has reportedly expressed interest in moving to Switzerland, where the twins live. It would also be in an effort to advance his tennis career with Federer close by. <\/p>\n

However, Hewitt\u2019s parents Lleyton and Bec fear potential distractions once he leaves Australia.<\/p>\n

\u201cLleyton understands why Cruz is\u00a0excited about it, but he\u2019s also been around tennis long enough to know how quickly distractions can creep in,\u201d the insider said.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s not shutting the door on Switzerland, but he wants Cruz to earn the right to make those big decisions by putting the work in first.\u201d<\/p>\n
