(Dakota News Now) &#8211; Jodi Schwan with <a href=\"http:\/\/siouxfalls.business\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"http:\/\/siouxfalls.business\/\" target=\"_blank\">SiouxFalls.Business<\/a> visited Dakota News Now to discuss redevelopment opportunities in DTSF\u2019s south end and the changes being made at the former Spring Creek Golf Course!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/siouxfalls.business\/properties-on-downtowns-south-end-offer-multiple-redevelopment-opportunities\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/siouxfalls.business\/properties-on-downtowns-south-end-offer-multiple-redevelopment-opportunities\/\">DTSF South End Redevelopment Opportunities:<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Changes may be coming to downtown Sioux Falls\u2019 south end, as several longtime buildings are now for sale or lease.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The Masonic Center, a nearly 80-year-old midcentury building on First Avenue, used by various lodges and groups as a gathering space, is being put up fr sale as the current owners look for a smaller and more modern space.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The century-old Carroll Institute is also up for sale as the nonprofit plans to relocate to a new building on West 12th Street later this year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The former Printers Inc building near the Top Hat is for lease, and the city is considering a deal to develop the adjacent parking lot on 13th Street between Phillips and First Avenues.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/siouxfalls.business\/new-owners-make-upgrades-as-spring-creek-sets-annual-record\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/siouxfalls.business\/new-owners-make-upgrades-as-spring-creek-sets-annual-record\/\">Changes at Former Spring Creek Golf Course:<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The new owners of Spring Creek Golf Course are celebrating their first year of improvements and a new name: The Creek, a title longtime golfers have used for years.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">This year is shaping up to be a record one for the course, with sold-out memberships and a packed event schedule. Memberships for next year will be available this week. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Golfers can expect changes, including repairs to a storm-damaged hole.
