Jessie James Decker<\/a> is flaunting her fitness transformation.<\/p>\n

While the country singer has always been in shape, she took to social media this week to share a variety of photos and videos of her new, more toned look \u2013 including before and after bikini photos.<\/p>\n

“This past week in the Hamptons, a woman complimented my arms and said, ‘Gosh, I could probably never have arms like yours,'” Decker wrote. “I looked at her and said, ‘Girl, I didn\u2019t have these arms in April!'”<\/p>\n

She said that while she’s at the same weight she was then, she’s been working hard on building muscle and being more consistent, thanks to her JJD Fit app.<\/p>\n

“This is the most consistent I have EVER been, and I feel stronger and better than ever and I\u2019m NOT stopping,” she wrote.<\/p>\n

Decker added, “I wanted to share these photos because, of course, I know I looked good on the left, but I feel better on the right. I feel stronger and energized. I feel proud of myself. I feel like I\u2019m taking care of me!!”<\/p>\n

She explained that very day, she takes 30 minutes to herself, saying, “That little bit of time makes me a better mom and a better person.”<\/p>\n

“I made a promise to myself\u2026and I don\u2019t break promises to me.”<\/p>\n

Her hard work seems to be paying off in multiple ways \u2013 in another video<\/a> she shared this week, she effortlessly lifted her husband, former NFL star Eric Decker, onto their kitchen counter.<\/p>\n

Earlier this year, Jessie told Fox News Digital about how important it is to her family \u2013 she and Eric share four children \u2013 to be active together<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“We\u2019ve done family workouts together, but we stay active together,” she said. “Maybe when we\u2019re on vacation, we\u2019re doing bike rides together, or whether it\u2019s like a football game outside or throwing the ball on the beach.”<\/p>\n

“We love pickleball<\/a>. That\u2019s probably the thing that we all do every day,” she said. “We have a pickleball court in the backyard, and if we go on vacation, my husband\u2019s like, \u2018Is there a pickleball court at this place?\u2019”<\/p>\n

About her children, she said, “They\u2019re active. That\u2019s all I can say. They are busy, busy, busy. They don\u2019t sit around on iPads. They\u2019re out there in the wildlife, barefoot and being free.”<\/p>\n
