{"id":8379,"date":"2025-07-14T05:52:03","date_gmt":"2025-07-14T05:52:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/8379\/"},"modified":"2025-07-14T05:52:03","modified_gmt":"2025-07-14T05:52:03","slug":"chinas-exports-accelerate-in-june-as-us-trade-truce-creates-opening","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/8379\/","title":{"rendered":"China\u2019s exports accelerate in June as US trade truce creates opening"},"content":{"rendered":"<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">China\u2019s exports recorded a larger-than-expected acceleration in June, as exporters took advantage of a 90-day tariff truce with the United States to speed up their shipments.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">The world\u2019s top merchandise exporter saw its outbound shipments rise by 5.8 per cent year on year to reach US$325.2 billion last month, according to customs data released on Monday.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">The figure follows a reported 4.8 per cent rise in May and eclipses the 3.6 per cent increase forecast in a market survey from Chinese financial data provider Wind.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">The country\u2019s imports, meanwhile, rose by 1.1 per cent year on year last month, marking a substantial uptick from the 3.4 per cent decline recorded in May.
