Actress Barbara Eden abruptly dropped out of appearing at the Cinecon Classic Film Festival due to a \u201csudden illness.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re sorry to share that, due to a sudden illness, Barbara Eden will no longer be able to appear in person at Cinecon tonight,\u201d event organizers announced on\u00a0Facebook<\/a> Saturday.<\/p>\n \u201cBarbara is deeply regretful that she had to cancel at the last minute, as she had been very much looking forward to seeing everyone and celebrating with us,\u201d the Cinecon 62 Classic Film Festival team continued.<\/p>\n \u201cWe know how many of you were excited to welcome Barbara. Both Eden and Boone, 92, starred together in \u201cAll Hands on Deck\u201d\u00a0and \u201cThe Yellow Canary.\u201d<\/p>\n On Sunday, Eden took to Instagram<\/a> to give an update on her health.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s okay everyone! I\u2019m okay! Oh, my goodness there has been a bit of miscommunication,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m not suffering from an illness; my doctor very recently prescribed a brand-new medication that turned out to have some nasty side effects.
