Kai Trump gave a tour of her Florida apartment as her freshman year at the University of Miami begins.<\/p>\n

Vanessa Trump and Donald Trump Jr.\u2019s daughter told her YouTube subscribers<\/a> Saturday that she\u2019d decided to \u201cshow it off\u201d since \u201cso many [people] were, like, dying to see\u201d the space.<\/p>\n

The 18-year-old called her residence \u201cpretty cool,\u201d gushing, \u201cI\u2019m very, very lucky to have this obviously as a freshman. I love it. It\u2019s very nice coming home to no one.\u201d<\/p>\n

The \u201cvery lucky\u201d college freshman started by highlighting the kitchen, her \u201cfavorite part.\u201d Kai Trump\/YouTube<\/p>\n

The 18-year-old gushed over the fireplace in her living room. Kai Trump\/YouTube<\/p>\n

She started the tour by walking into the kitchen, which she dubbed her \u201cfavorite part\u201d because she \u201ceat[s] a lot.\u201d<\/p>\n

The college student highlighted a framed black-and-white photo of gondolas in Aspen, Colorado, since she \u201clove[s] skiing\u201d \u2014 as well as a New York City skyline shot in the living room.<\/p>\n

Kai panned over the white couch and TV before pointing out, \u201c[There\u2019s] my fireplace, which is, like, I think, the coolest part of this.\u201d<\/p>\n

The rest of her tour featured a guest bathroom, an office for her homework, and a bedroom, complete with a walk-in closet and an attached bathroom.<\/p>\n

Along the way, she showed more framed photos, from a car to a golf cart picture with President Donald Trump, her grandpa<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere in the upload, Kai opened up about how \u201ccrazy\u201d it is living alone \u2014 but confessed she has gone home to Jupiter, Florida, \u201ca few times already.\u201d<\/p>\n

She explained, \u201cI\u2019ve got all my golf stuff and my trainers and coaches all in Jupiter, so if I have an off day, I try and go home. It\u2019s been great.<\/p>\n

\u201cCollege life is fun,\u201d she continued. \u201cWhen you\u2019re a student-athlete, that makes it hard. \u2026 I haven\u2019t really explored Miami yet because I\u2019m so busy with the golf, but I\u2019m here for golf, I\u2019m not here to party in Miami, so I guess that\u2019s OK.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kai, who committed to the school in August 2024, added that she has been \u201cgoing through it\u201d health-wise.<\/p>\n

She broke down in tears in her last YouTube video documenting her move-in day. kai trump\/ instagram<\/p>\n

\u201cI ended up getting strep throat last week. On top of strep I had a sinus infection,\u201d she said. \u201cLast night I think I had food poisoning because I ate sushi and then I threw up. Not fun.\u201d<\/p>\n

In her last YouTube vlog, Kai documented her move to Miami \u2014 and broke down in tears<\/a> over leaving her loved ones.<\/p>\n
