OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The Omaha Police Department is investigating a shooting that left a man in the hospital.<\/p>\n
According to a release, there was a shots-fired call at about 1 a.m. Monday at the Elks Lodge near 25th and Lake streets in North Omaha.<\/p>\n
When officers arrived at the scene, they did not find any victims. A 53-year-old man soon arrived at Creighton University Medical Center as a walk-in gunshot victim.<\/p>\n
He was taken to Nebraska Medicine with critical injuries, according to OPD.<\/p>\n
The investigation is ongoing.
