Next week on Coronation Street, Shona begins to question her sanity as Jodie ramps up her campaign against her sister.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Kit continues to hide his cancer diagnosis and urges Bethany to act on her feelings for Ryan.<\/p>\n

1. Jodie plots against Shona\"shona<\/p>\n

With Shona already feeling exhausted, Jodie is quick to remind her she promised to bake Lily a cake for the school sale.<\/p>\n

After a busy morning, Shona is frustrated to realise she\u2019s burnt the cake. Jodie secretly keeps watch her sister\u2019s struggle and when Shona takes a nap, Jodie sneaks back into No 8<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Later, David and Doug arrive home and are shocked to find Shona asleep with the kitchen full of smoke.<\/p>\n

2. Jodie stages another incident\"jodie<\/p>\n

At David and Jodie\u2019s insistence, Shona is ordered to relax, and she prepares a bath for Harper. With Shona\u2019s back turned, Jodie pours boiling water into the bath.<\/p>\n

David tests the water and is horrified to realise Shona\u2019s negligence could\u2019ve scaled Harper. David lashes out at her, while Shona apologises for her mistake. <\/p>\n

3. Shona hears something scary\"shona<\/p>\n

When Gemma chats to Jodie about her postnatal depression, Jodie forms a new plan to torment Shona.<\/p>\n

As David and Shona prepare to go on a romantic lunch date, Jodie undermines Shona\u2019s confidence by criticising her hair and outfit.<\/p>\n

Shona returns home and is alarmed to hear Harper crying and discovers the annexe door is locked. David enters to find Shona in a state but is all as it seems?<\/p>\n

4. Shona’s behaviour draws concerns\"shona<\/p>\n

Following the incident, Shona is upset and heads out for some fresh air.<\/p>\n

Asha bumps into Shona and Harper in Victoria Gardens but when she smells alcohol on Shona\u2019s breath, she grows concerned.<\/p>\n

5. Shona seeks help\"shona<\/p>\n

ITV<\/p>\n

Shona hears Harper crying again but when she finds her happy and well with David, Shona fears that she\u2019s hallucinating. David accompanies Shona to the doctors for a professional opinion.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Jodie praises David for being both a carer and single parent in light of Shona\u2019s struggles but David insists that it\u2019s only a blip.<\/p>\n

6. Bethany breaks the news to Sarah\"bethany<\/p>\n

ITV<\/p>\n

Kit brings a woman back to the flat<\/a>, but when she makes a move on him, he has a change of heart and confesses he\u2019s not in the right headspace. As the woman exits, Bethany catches the pair together.<\/p>\n

Having decided that Sarah needs to know the truth, Bethany visits her in prison and reveals that Kit has moved on.<\/p>\n

7. Kit encourages Bethany\"bethany<\/p>\n

Bethany turns to Ryan to discuss Kit\u2019s recent behaviour. Their heart-to-heart is interrupted by Michael, who is celebrating the fact that he\u2019s been given Sarah\u2019s old job. <\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Kit clocks Bethany\u2019s happiness<\/a> to receive a text from Ryan and urges her to pursue her feelings.<\/p>\n

Sparks fly between Ryan and Bethany<\/a> over drinks. Will she take Kit\u2019s advice?<\/p>\n

8. Kit is under pressure\"gemma<\/p>\n

When Lisa presses Kit to find Luke\u2019s murderer, she\u2019s taken aback when he snaps at her and decides to share her concerns with Bernie.<\/p>\n

Afterwards, Kit gives chase to the young lad he suspects murdered Luke and is spoiling for a fight.<\/p>\n

Kit joins his family for pizza night, sporting two black eyes after the incident. Bernie attempts to lift his spirits by insisting that she\u2019ll get the all-clear from her cancer tests. Will Kit finally open up?<\/a><\/p>\n

9. Tyrone embarrasses Ross\"tyrone<\/p>\n

When Tyrone passes comment about the amount of time Ross spends at Number 9, Ross changes the subject and distracts Tyrone with a story about UFOs.<\/p>\n

Later, Tyrone retells Ross\u2019s story in the Rovers. Ross is forced to hide his anger when the lads mock his tall tale.<\/p>\n

10. Ross begs for Tyrone’s forgiveness\"tyrone<\/p>\n

Tyrone tries to make peace by inviting Ross and Tracy to join him and Fiz at the bistro. As Tyrone grills Ross about his relationship history, Ross passes a nasty comment<\/a> on Richie\u2019s claims that he was abused by his wife.<\/p>\n

After the awkward meal, Ross admits to Tracy that he regrets what he said and Tracy instructs him to apologise to Tyrone. Given Tyrone\u2019s experience of abuse by his ex-partner Kirsty, how will he react when Ross apologises?<\/p>\n

11. Summer has an admirer\"asha,<\/p>\n

ITV<\/p>\n

Newcomer Marco compliments Summer on one of her drawings but when her back is turned, he rips the page out of her note pad and leaves. Summer is shocked to later see her design on display at the tattoo shop.<\/p>\n

Summer confronts Marco over his theft, and he reveals it was a ploy to see her again. He offers to buy her drawing and proposes they meet for a drink.<\/p>\n

12. Summer has reservations about Marco\"summer<\/p>\n

Summer admits to Asha and Amy that she\u2019s having reservations about her upcoming date with Marco.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Asha confesses her nerves about seeing Sienna again at work, and the girls bond over their messy relationships.<\/p>\n

Later, Summer reveals she\u2019s arranged a further date with Marco. Is Summer smitten with the newcomer?<\/p>\n

13. Carl is worried about Debbie\"carl<\/p>\n

ITV<\/p>\n

In an attempt to help Carl, Debbie suggests he could return to work at the hotel, but Ronnie makes it clear he doesn\u2019t agree with the idea.<\/p>\n

Later in the day, Carl reminds Debbie that she\u2019s made dinner plans with Ronnie. He listens on with concern<\/a> when Debbie covers for her memory lapse by lying to Ronnie that she got waylaid at work.<\/p>\n

14. Glenda gets on the wrong side of Ben\"glenda<\/p>\n

ITV<\/p>\n

Ben shows Eva and Maggie a video of Susie singing and dancing that she\u2019s posted on the Rovers\u2019 website. Ben insists the video needs to be removed for safety reasons, but Glenda is impressed and suggests that Susie should sign up for Little Big Shotz.<\/p>\n

Glenda continues to fill Susie\u2019s head with dreams of stardom but Ben disapproves and thinks Glenda needs reprimanded for encouraging her.<\/p>\n
