ATLANTA \u2014 Kroy Biermann Jr. the son of \u201cReal Housewives of Atlanta\u201d star Kim Zolciak, had a previous sexual battery case, according to records unsealed in court Friday. <\/p>\n
The 15-year-old faces multiple felony charges in a sexual assault case. The judge did not make a determination on bond during a hearing, but a decision is expected later in the day or next week. <\/p>\n
According to an indictment, prosecutors charged Biermann as an adult and accuse him of forcing himself on a girl younger than 16 at an Alpharetta gym. The indictment includes seven charges, among them aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery.<\/p>\n
Court records show Biermann was arrested on Aug. 17.<\/p>\n
The defense argued for bond to be set, with Biermann continuing school online and wearing an ankle monitor. <\/p>\n
The prosecution asked for no bond, saying he should not be around people under the age of 18. <\/p>\n
The earlier case was from April 2023. Biermann was on probation from those charges. <\/p>\n
They involved a victim around the same age as him at the time. <\/p>\n
The case has drawn significant attention because Biermann is the son of reality television personality Zolciak and former Atlanta Falcons player Kroy Biermann.<\/p>\n
In a statement to Page Six, Zolciak defended her son and denied the allegations.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe allegations being made against my son are nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling,\u201d Zolciak said. \u201cHe categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged.\u201d<\/p>\n
Biermann\u2019s attorney has also denied the allegations and maintains his client is innocent.<\/p>\n
\u201cFirst and foremost, this is not the kind of information that should be for public dissemination. These are juveniles,\u201d the attorney said in a statement.<\/p>\n
The attorney further argued that Biermann passed a polygraph examination and claimed there is evidence of prior false allegations by the accuser. He also said the Georgia Bureau of Investigation found no male DNA in areas where the alleged victim reported she was assaulted.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe fact that he\u2019s been arrested and is being held without bond is a tragedy. He is not only presumed innocent but is in fact innocent,\u201d the attorney said.<\/p>\n
