Brandi Glanville admitted she feels \u201cembarrassed\u201d by a GoFundMe her friend, Gina Rodriguez, started<\/a> amid her ongoing battle with facial disfigurement.<\/p>\n

The \u201cReal Housewives of Beverly Hills\u201d alum became emotional during Friday\u2019s episode of her \u201cBrandi Glanville Unfiltered\u201d podcast<\/a> while discussing her difficultly asking others for help.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m embarrassed, honestly, because I don\u2019t like to ask for help,\u201d Glanville, 53, told her co-host, James Maas.<\/p>\n

\u201cI never thought I would do this,\u201d she added, noting that Rodriguez told her, \u201cYou have no choice.\u201d<\/p>\n

Speaking on her podcast, Glanville broke into tears and said \u201cI don\u2019t like to ask for help.\u201d brandiunfiltered\/ instagram<\/p>\n

Glanville went on to detail the financial strain of her treatment, explaining that she is paying $7,000 a week in medical bills \u2014 even with insurance.<\/p>\n

She said creditors call her throughout the day, and that stopping payments could prevent her from getting her medication and halt her progress, leaving her \u201cspent in every way.\u201d<\/p>\n

The former model acknowledged that she \u201c[doesn\u2019t] want anyone to see\u201d the fundraising page, but said she doesn\u2019t know what else to do.<\/p>\n

Maas, for his part, told Glanville, \u201cIt\u2019s not embarrassing. What\u2019s embarrassing is the whole medical system \u2026 You need a GoFundMe.\u201d<\/p>\n

Glanville recently revealed several diagnoses<\/a> following years of unexplained issues affecting her face, including \u201chighly resistant ESBL Klebsiella and Enterobacter with biofilm, Coccidioidomycosis (Valley fever), Demodex dermatitis and mononucleosis.\u201d<\/p>\n

She also said she has a fungal ball in her face that she is preparing to have removed.<\/p>\n

The television personality recently shared footage of an ultrasound<\/a> on Instagram, saying her doctor \u201csaw something alive\u201d and \u201cmoving\u201d in her face during the examination.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf I don\u2019t find a doctor to cut this out of my face, I\u2019m just going to do it myself,\u201d she said in the video.<\/p>\n

That same year, Glanville also shared that some medical professionals believed she had a parasite that was \u201cjump[ing] around [her] face,\u201d<\/a> while others attributed the issue to \u201cstress-induced edema.\u201d<\/p>\n

In February, she blamed her health issues on her 20-year-old ruptured breast implants<\/a>, which she said had leaked silicone in her lymph nodes.<\/p>\n
