\u201cWhat is the best sandwich?\u201d late-night television host Stephen Colbert asked Starr during a 2021 appearance on \u201cThe Late Show.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cI don\u2019t have a lot of them anymore, but cheese,\u201d Starr answered. He said he loved cheese before clarifying, \u201cBut it has to be goat cheese now.\u201d<\/p>\n
When Colbert questioned his preference for goat cheese, Starr said, \u201cI don\u2019t eat anything from the cow because the molecules are so big. Have you seen a cow? The molecules are so big. And that\u2019s why if you drink a glass of milk, you\u2019re full. With a goat, it\u2019s a good size for our bodies.\u201d<\/p>\n
