Chief Executive Officer of BenGuy Imports, Aisha Bengai, has urged young entrepreneurs to focus on positioning their businesses effectively rather than being discouraged by competition in the market.<\/p>\n

Speaking at Konnected Minds LIVE 2026 at the KNUST Sarah Mensah Hall in Kumasi, she said entrepreneurs could succeed in competitive markets by identifying opportunities and differentiating their businesses.<\/p>\n

Bengai was speaking on the topic, \u201cBuilding Wealth Through Importation & Entrepreneurship,\u201d at the second edition of the event, which brought together entrepreneurs, founders and students.<\/p>\n

Addressing concerns that the importation business was too competitive for new entrants, she said the market was not necessarily saturated but required entrepreneurs to position themselves strategically.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere is no saturated business; just position yourself well,\u201d she told the audience.<\/p>\n

She also encouraged entrepreneurs to pay greater attention to their relationships with customers, describing satisfied and loyal customers as an important source of referrals and repeat business.<\/p>\n

\u201cEvery customer is a working billboard, so treat them well,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Bengai further urged entrepreneurs to turn their knowledge and expertise into additional sources of income rather than relying solely on their businesses.<\/p>\n

\u201cMake money off what you know, your knowledge pays,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Her comments formed part of discussions at the event, which was held under the theme, \u201cThink Big, Build Bigger.\u201d<\/p>\n
