Patmos CEO John Johnson joined FOX Business’ Stuart Varney on “Varney & Co.<\/a>” to discuss the race to develop artificial intelligence, concerns about centralized technological power and the infrastructure he says the U.S. needs to build to remain competitive.<\/p>\n The race to build AI infrastructure is accelerating as concerns grow over centralized technological power. But the real problem is not China as much as it is a centralization of technological power in the United States,” Johnson said.<\/p>\n Johnson argued that the U.S. should focus on expanding local AI infrastructure rather than allowing development to become increasingly concentrated among a small group of major technology companies.<\/a><\/p>\n UBS Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager Jason Katz joins Stuart Varney to analyze rising Treasury yields, artificial intelligence development, and retail downgrades.<\/p>\n “Right now, we need infrastructure to be built as quickly as possible.
