A driver is facing several charges, including operating under the influence, in connection with a multivehicle crash on Interstate 93 in Andover, Massachusetts, that slowed the Tuesday morning commute.<\/p>\n

The three-vehicle crash happened just after 5 a.m. on the northbound side of the highway just prior to Dascomb Road.<\/p>\n

Massachusetts State Police said a driver was moving from one lane to another when they struck a tractor-trailer and a pickup truck, causing a crash. The driver of the vehicle that struck the others then reportedly attempted to flee the crash on foot before being found by patrol units.<\/p>\n
