Prime Healthcare<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit alleges union activists posted fliers featuring aerial photographs, square-footage details and other information about executives\u2019 private homes, while banners and signs were attached to telephone poles, streetlights, trees and private vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>The campaign allegedly left families fearing for their safety and resulted in younger children being kept inside and unable to play in their own yard, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n<p>Prime is seeking a temporary restraining order as well as preliminary and permanent injunctions against the <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/01\/26\/us-news\/thousands-of-california-healthcare-workers-begin-to-walk-off-job\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">California Nurses Association and National Nurses United<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Registered nurses with the California Nurses Association canvass the Brentwood and Laguna Beach neighborhoods where Prime Healthcare CEO Prem Reddy has homes.  X\/@CalNurses<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit comes less than two years after<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2024\/12\/04\/us-news\/who-was-brian-thompson-the-unitedhealthcare-ceo-fatally-shot-outside-nyc-hotel-in-targeted-attack\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson<\/a> was gunned down on a Midtown Manhattan street on Dec. 4, 2024 \u2013 a killing that sent shockwaves through the healthcare industry.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/08\/14\/us-news\/luigi-mangione-pleads-guilty-in-killing-of-unitedhealthcare-boss-brian-thompson\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Luigi Mangione has since pleaded guilty <\/a>to stalking and murdering Thompson and is scheduled to be sentenced Dec. 18.<\/p>\n<p>Registered nurses canvass a neighborhood where Prime Healthcare CEO Prem Reddy has a home. Prime Healthcare<\/p>\n<p>Prime Healthcare is one of the nation\u2019s largest health systems, operating 51 hospitals across 14 states, with 60,000 staff and affiliated physicians.<\/p>\n<p>The firm earns about $7.4 billion a year in revenue.<\/p>\n<p>The alleged intimidation campaign began on Sept. 3, when union activists descended on the Brentwood neighborhood where members of Reddy\u2019s family and other Prime executives live, according to the lawsuit.<\/p>\n<p>Reddy himself does not live in Brentwood, the complaint states, but is an active member of the community through family members who live there, including his daughter and grandchildren.<\/p>\n<p>Fliers headlined \u2018Where in the World is Dr. Reddy?\u2019 allegedly urged members of the public to \u2018track down\u2019 the billionaire healthcare boss,<\/p>\n<p>The materials included images of at least three executives\u2019 homes and details including aerial photographs, square footage and descriptions of their properties, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n<p>Nurses across the country are rising up systemwide against Prime Healthcare. X\/@CalNurses<\/p>\n<p>Among those allegedly targeted was Reddy\u2019s daughter Sunitha Reddy, Prime\u2019s chief revenue officer and vice president of operations, as well as company president and chief medical officer Dr. Sunny Bhatia.<\/p>\n<p>Prime claims it took hours to remove banners and clean up litter left around the neighborhood.<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit says the material was distressing because it appeared near executives\u2019 homes and a nearby school, where children witnessed the alleged campaign.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Sunitha Reddy\u2019s home is located near a school.
