Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson<\/a> was stoic and quiet<\/a> after cops stopped him for allegedly going nearly 30 mph over the speed limit last month, according to newly released police video.<\/p>\n

Watson was pulled over by the Ohio State Highway Patrol in his pickup truck at around 8:30 a.m. on Aug. 26 after he was accused of going 86 mph in a 60 mph zone, and bodycam footage from the stop obtained by the California Post Wednesday shows his interaction with the trooper was quick and professional.<\/p>\n

Watson was accused of going 86 mph in a 60 mph zone. Ohio State Highway Patrol<\/p>\n

The officer informed Watson of his speed, and after he asked the NFL star to move his vehicle further away from traffic, he got the 31-year-old signal-caller\u2019s license, registration and insurance.<\/p>\n

\u201cI will be issuing a citation for the speed,\u201d the trooper then told Watson. \u201cHang tight.\u201d<\/p>\n

After checking all of Watson\u2019s information, the cop returned to Watson and handed him a speeding ticket. He then instructed Watson on how he could dispose of the matter before he let him go.<\/p>\n

\u201cDrive safely,\u201d the trooper said. \u201cTake care, sir.\u201d<\/p>\n

Watson pleaded not guilty to the citation in Cleveland Municipal Court on Sept. 9 and was given another court date of Sept. 23, according to multiple reports.<\/p>\n

Watson, a three-time Pro Bowler, started the Browns\u2019 opener against the Jaguars on Sept. 13, but did not play well in the 34\u201310 loss<\/a>.<\/p>\n

He nonetheless is expected to remain the starter this weekend, when the Browns play a road matchup against the Buccaneers.<\/p>\n
