But now, researchers have dug into dozens of studies, piecing together some clearer evidence about just how much whole grain could make a real difference for your heart, and, maybe more importantly, what \u201cenough\u201d actually looks like at the breakfast table.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.38;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;\">Now, according to a big meta-analysis just published in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.escardio.org\/news\/press\/press-releases\/four-to-six-servings-of-wholegrain-per-day-lowers-risk-factors-for-heart-disease\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">European Heart Journal<\/a>, people who eat around 60 to 100 grams of whole grain a day (think four to six servings) see the biggest improvements in stuff that really matters for heart health. We\u2019re talking lower cholesterol, healthier blood sugar, smaller waistlines, lower blood pressure, and drops in weight. No, we\u2019re not talking wild overnight changes, but the effects add up.
