Frankie Muniz has hit a \u201clow point\u201d after enduring what he described as a \u201cnightmare\u201d six weeks of his life.<\/p>\n
The \u201cMalcolm in the Middle\u201d actor took to Instagram<\/a> Friday to detail what he\u2019s been going through.<\/p>\n \u201cThe last 6 weeks of my life have been a nightmare I\u2019m praying to wake up from. Everything [has] felt heavy, unclear, and like it was falling apart at the same time,\u201d he captioned a photo of himself.<\/p>\n \u201cI wouldn\u2019t wish this season on anyone.\u201d<\/p>\n Frankie Muniz (pictured above in a new Instagram upload) revealed that he has had a \u201cnightmare\u201d six weeks of his life that he\u2019s \u201cpraying to wake up from.\u201d frankie miuniz\/ instagram<\/p>\n \u201cI wouldn\u2019t wish this season on anyone,\u201d Muniz wrote in part in the caption of his post. frankie muniz\/ X<\/p>\n Muniz, 40, said the \u201cunexpected gift\u201d of his recent struggles is that he\u2019s \u201chad nowhere to hide.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve had time to sit with myself, do real self-reflection, and finally see the areas of my life that need work if I want to become a better version of me,\u201d he continued. \u201cNot the polished version I show the world \u2026 the actual one.\u201d<\/p>\n The Emmy nominee \u2014 who reprised his role as Malcolm<\/a> in the \u201cMalcolm in the Middle\u201d revival series \u2014 admitted that he\u2019s hit \u201crock bottom,\u201d but said reaching that point can be the \u201cthing that wakes you up\u201d and \u201cforces\u201d you to change.<\/p>\n \u201cIn five years, I believe I\u2019ll look back at this exact low point and feel grateful for it, because the high I\u2019ll be standing on then only exists because I went through this,\u201d Muniz added.<\/p>\n Muniz (seen above in Mexico City at a presentation of \u201cMalcolm in the Middle: Life\u2019s Still Unfair,\u201d said he\u2019s \u201chad nowhere to hide\u201d amid his recent struggles. You\u2019re being rebuilt.
