\nConsumer services recorded three deals, with startups in the sector raising a total of $4.8 Mn.\u00a0
\nAJVC was the most active investor this week, backing MoroMaa, Beijan and Slayd. The VC firm also saw PE firm Novastar Partners as a limited partner for its fund<\/a>.\u00a0
\nFive startups at the seed stage raised about $10.1 Mn, led by VerifAIX\u2019s $5 Mn round.<\/p>\n
\nRentomojo made a strong listing this week<\/a> after receiving an overwhelming investor interest, giving hefty returns to early backers like Accel.\u00a0
\nAfter receiving SEBI approval for its IPO, Moneyview has now halved the fresh issue<\/a> component to \u20b9750 Cr and trimmed the offer for sale (OFS) component to 10.04 Cr equity shares.
\nWith greater clarity around the monetisation of UPI payments, PhonePe is set to revive its IPO plans<\/a>. Inc42 learnt that the company would be looking to file its updated IPO papers for an IPO that could value it at about $10 Bn. The company is now targeting a listing between February-March 2027.<\/p>\n
\nOver a month after Yulu\u2019s $93 Mn Series C round<\/a>, its early-backer 3one4 Capital announced that the round gave it a \u201csuccessful, profitable\u201d exit from the startup. The investor didn\u2019t disclose who was the buyer of its stake in the secondary transaction.
\nEyewear major Lenskart upped its stake in XR startup AjnaLens\u2019 parent Dimension NXG with an \u20b98 Cr investment to acquire an additional 1.8% stake<\/a> in the startup.
\nPB Fintech\u2019s board approved the acquisition of the remaining 20% stake in MyLoancare Ventures for \u20b95 Cr to make it a wholly owned subsidiary. The board also approved capital infusions of up to \u20b910 Cr into PB Wheels and \u20b91 Cr into PB Financial Account Aggregator, both wholly owned subsidiaries.<\/p>\n
