A proper title and a full trailer are now in view for one of the year\u2019s most anticipated movies: \u201cThe Further Mis-adventures of Cliff Booth,<\/a>\u201d directed by David Fincher<\/a> and written by Quentin Tarantino<\/a>. Starring Brad Pitt<\/a> as the titular Hollywood stuntman, it\u2019s the sequel to 2019\u2019s Oscar-winning \u201cOnce Upon a Time in Hollywood.\u201d It\u2019s set in 1977, eight years after the events of the first film<\/a>, which centered around the Manson family\u2019s descent upon Hollywood and Sharon Tate.<\/p>\n

The additional cast includes Elizabeth Debicki, Scott Caan, Carla Gugino, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Peter Weller, Matt Groove, JB Tadena, Corey Fogelmanis, Karren Karagulian.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s a new official synopsis with fresh details about the picture: \u201cMurder, blackmail, theft, extortion \u2014 just another summer in Hollywood. It\u2019s 1977, eight years since Cliff Booth (Brad Pitt) encountered the Manson family in Quentin Tarantino\u2019s parallel history of 1969, Once Upon a Time\u2026 in Hollywood. In \u2018The Further Mis-adventures of Ciff Booth,\u2019 directed by David Fincher from a new script by Tarantino, the fairytale is over. Los Angeles no longer needs a hippie-slaying stuntman the way it did. But Hollywood will always have problems, problems that can only be solved by someone with Cliff\u2019s unique (occasionally extralegal) abilities. <\/p>\n

\u201cWhen he\u2019s not earning his keep bartending or as a projectionist, Cliff Booth is a fixer \u2014 solving situations for Hollywood\u2019s great and, sometimes, not so good. He\u2019s curious when he gets a call from talent agent Karen Crosby (Elizabeth Debicki), on behalf of her client, TV megastar Charlie Peters (Scott Caan) \u2014 a man known for doing his own stunts. And he\u2019s further entertained and intrigued when he meets other characters in Charlie\u2019s world, from his knowing wife Toni (Carla Gugino) to pro football champion turned screen star Roderick \u2018Hot Rod\u2019 Harrison (Yahya Abdul-Mateen II). Then there are the Verdusco brothers (Matt Groove and JB Tadena), mysterious gangsters causing mayhem across the city. What was once a fairytale is now a crime story \u2014 a cocktail of violence, ambition, and desire that could only happen in LA.\u201d<\/p>\n
