Danny Nozell, who runs She’s Alive, LLC, an entity Parton created to oversee her business interests, filed for a restraining order against Bryan Seaver in Nashville<\/a>, according to The Associated Press.\u00a0<\/p>\n Parton chose Seaver to publicly announce her death. It\u2019s going to be great. Or f—ing pay me.”<\/p>\n According to the court documents<\/a>, the alleged messages rattled those within Parton\u2019s business circle, leading several employees to resign and her trust and estate attorney to step away. She\u2019s Alive also brought in private security to protect employees at work and at their homes.<\/p>\n She’s Alive terminated Seaver Sept. 15 and asked the court to bar Parton’s nephew from contacting or coming within 1,000 feet of its employees, attorneys and business partners.<\/p>\n LIKE WHAT YOU’RE READING?
