The over-the-month unemployment rate rose two-tenths of a percentage point to 3.3%, down from 3.9% a year ago.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGeorgia\u2019s economy continues to deliver,\u201d said Georgia Labor Commissioner Barbara Rivera Holmes. \u201cAcross the state, we\u2019re seeing a strong labor force and regional growth that reflects an economy rewarding hard work, encouraging job creation and removing unnecessary barriers.
