\n\tWith sequels in the Batman<\/a> and Superman franchises on the horizon, a DC team-up between the Dark Knight and the Man of Steel doesn\u2019t seem to be in the immediate future.<\/p>\n

\n\tRobert Pattinson<\/a> admitted it \u201cwould be kind of tough\u201d to make his version of Bruce Wayne in Matt Reeves<\/a>\u2018 The Batman movies fit into James Gunn<\/a>\u2018s DCU<\/a>, which he launched with last year\u2019s Superman.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI think it would be kind of tough to have this version of Bruce outside of [Reeves\u2019] world,\u201d he told LADbible<\/a>. \u201cIt\u2019s one of the only characters I guess because of the length of the shoots but also it\u2019s such a specific kind of [style], the tone of it gets inside you.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tPattinson added, \u201cI remember that happened to me the last time I did it, it took a while. You\u2019re just in the dark, the whole time. Both mood-wise and light-wise, I can\u2019t see anything for like months. It does affect you like you feel strange afterwards.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tGunn revealed last July that the script for The Batman: Part II was finished<\/a>, following several delays. Last August, a letter to Warner Bros. Discovery\u2019s shareholders revealed that filming on the sequel would begin filming in the spring<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tWarner Bros. recently pushed the movie\u2019s release date<\/a> to Feb. 18, 2028 as Reeves continued to tease the sequel<\/a> with camera test footage of Pattinson in costume.<\/p>\n
