\n\tReleased July 3 alongside the album, \u201cDanceteria\u201d reaches the top with a 34% increase in plays among the chart\u2019s 24\/7 dance reporters during the Sept. 18-24 tracking week, according to Luminate.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe song follows fellow Confessions II singles \u201cI Feel So Free,\u201d which became Madonna\u2019s first No. 1 radio hit in 18 years, and \u201cLove Sensation,\u201d to the top of Dance Airplay.<\/p>\n

\n\tMadonna passes Ellie Goulding for the fifth-most leaders in the chart\u2019s history, trailing only David Guetta (21), Calvin Harris (19), Rihanna (12) and The Chainsmokers (11).<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cDanceteria\u201d also gives Warner Records its fourth new Dance Airplay No. 1 of 2026, tying Republic Records for the most among all labels this year. For Warner, it follows Jennifer Lopez and David Guetta\u2019s \u201cSave Me Tonight,\u201d which topped the chart in May, and Madonna\u2019s \u201cI Feel So Free\u201d and \u201cLove Sensation.\u201d The label also spent three weeks at No. 1 in January with Guetta, Teddy Swims and Tones And I\u2019s \u201cGone Gone Gone,\u201d which first reached No. 1 in December.<\/p>\n

\n\tWarner scored four Dance Airplay No. 1s in 2025, after leading all labels in 2024 (with seven) and 2023 (four).<\/p>\n

\n\tMadonna released a remix of \u201cDanceteria\u201d with Harry Romero on Aug. 21, followed by a reimagined version with Charli xcx, titled \u201cDanceteria Afterhours,\u201d on Sept. 24.<\/p>\n

\n\tConfessions II earned Madonna her 10th No. 1 album on the Billboard 200<\/a> in July. With 12 No. 1s on the Billboard Hot 100<\/a>, she became just the fourth act to reach double digits on both charts, joining The Beatles, Drake and Taylor Swift.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe album opened with 134,000 equivalent album units earned in the United States, Madonna\u2019s biggest week by units since the Billboard 200 adopted that methodology in December 2014.<\/p>\n
