Usually when divorce battles end, the exes leave the courtroom <\/a>to lick their wounds and see what\u2019s left in their bank account.<\/p>\n

But for Silvio Scaglia, the end of the wrangling over what belongs to him and what belongs to now-ex wife Julia Haart is far from the end of his legal woes \u2014 after a judge demanded he be jailed for actions he took during the divorce proceedings.<\/p>\n

Last week, we reported that the Italian businessman and his former wife and business partner had ended their four-year $90 million dollar split<\/a>, with Haart walking away with Elite, the famed modeling agency they ran together during their brief marriage.<\/p>\n

Now, according to court papers obtained by Page Six, New York judge Jeffrey Pearlman has issued a no-bail bench warrant for Scaglia\u2019s arrest, demanding he be immediately jailed for 14 days.<\/p>\n

Because Scaglia, seen above, repeatedly failed to appear when ordered to do so, a New York judge has now issued a no-bail bench warrant for his arrest \u2014 essentially, a judge\u2019s order to arrest someone who has failed to appear in court. Dimitrios Kambouris<\/p>\n

Court documents claim that Scaglia broke a law that says spouses aren\u2019t allowed to move shared assets once a divorce has officially begun by transferring the firm \u2014 which represents Kendall Jenner, Adriana Lima and more \u2014 without Haart\u2019s permission.<\/p>\n

\u00a0The judge said in the papers Scaglia had \u201csiphon[ed]\u201d the onetime couple\u2019s assets<\/a> as well. As we previously reported, Pearlman had found that the businessman had bought Bentleys, Porsches and Van Cleef & Arpels jewels with company funds.<\/p>\n

And Pearlman still wants Scaglia to face the music for ignoring various court orders during the hearings. (Page Six reported in 2024 that the court ordered him to be jailed for ignoring a court order to pay Haart $300,000).<\/p>\n

Scaglia has been gallivanting around Europe on yachts, sipping spritzes and shopping for\u00a0$342,000 heart-shaped diamond rings with the new Mrs. Scaglia, Michelle-Marie Heinemann, his longtime fianc\u00e9e, who he is pictured with here. Page Six<\/p>\n

The businessman appears to be living in his native Italy, and has yet to submit to US authorities for any of the alleged crimes.<\/p>\n

Court papers, dated Sept. 22, show that the judge found Scaglia in both civil and criminal contempt, saying he knowingly and willfully violated court orders.<\/p>\n

Scaglia, who bought Elite in 2011, appointed fashion designer Haart, who is also the star of Netflix reality show \u201cMy Unorthodox Life,\u201d as the CEO of the prestigious agency in March 2019, and they married later that year.<\/p>\n

Their split in 2022 sparked a bitter series of lawsuits and countersuits over control of Elite and its affiliated companies.<\/p>\n

Now, Haart has been awarded 100% of Elite World Group and their $57 million Tribeca apartment after the court found that Scaglia had already transferred the value of his share of the company \u201cand then some\u201d to himself in the form of cash, sports cars and more. Scaglia\u2019s attorneys have previously denied the allegations.<\/p>\n
