Kylie Minogue<\/a> knows a thing or two about the life of a showgirl. <\/p>\n

No, Taylor Swift<\/a> hasn\u2019t leaked her 12th album, but the \u201cPlease Stay,\u201d singer was living such a life when she embarked on her Showgirl: The Greatest Hits Tour in 2005, and she can\u2019t get enough of the comparisons. <\/p>\n

\u201cWhen all your friends start sending you your Showgirl mems!!!\u201d Kylie gushed in an August 14 Instagram post<\/a>. \u201cAwww. Showgirl life is \u2018a thing,\u2019 multi dimensional and so much more than feathers and dazzle.\u201d<\/p>\n

And the 57-year-old of course expressed well wishes to Taylor as she embarks on her newest era, adding, \u201cRespect and admiration to all my fellow hard working Showgirls.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kylie\u2019s sweet tribute to her own showgirl days comes just after Taylor announced <\/a>The Life of a Showgirl<\/a> during a conversation with boyfriend Travis Kelce and his brother Jason Kelce on New Heights August 13. <\/p>\n

\u201cIt was something that I was working on while I was in Europe on the Eras Tour,\u201d Taylor explained during the episode. \u201cI would be playing shows\u2014I\u2019d have like three shows in a row, I\u2019d have three days off. I\u2019d fly to Sweden, go back to the tour.\u201d<\/p>\n

And Taylor\u2014who reunited with collaborators Max Martin and Shellback for the album\u2014noted that creating the album kept her going during her grueling touring<\/a> schedule in 2024. <\/p>\n
