Police continue to search for a second suspect, the department said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Train service between North Concord\/Martinez and Pittsburg\/Bay Point has been restored, but there is still no service between Pittsburg\/Bay Point and Antioch.
