Milania Giudice\u2019s court hearing in her domestic violence case has been postponed by more than two months following her recent airport ordeal<\/a>, Page Six has exclusively learned.<\/p>\n

The 20-year-old daughter of Teresa Giudice was scheduled to appear virtually in Montville Township Municipal Court on Tuesday following her May arrest for simple assault<\/a>, but her attorney requested a later date.<\/p>\n

We can confirm the judge in the case granted the request and ordered Milania back to court on Dec. 1.<\/p>\n

\u201cWithout getting into the specifics, I determined that adjourning the hearing was the appropriate course of action,\u201d her defense lawyer,\u00a0Alan Kraminsky, told us.<\/p>\n

Last Wednesday, the University of Tampa student caused a scene at Tampa International Airport that required police presence.<\/p>\n

Airport cops spoke with an agitated Milania<\/a> as well as her worried mom and older sister, Gia Giudice, to try to defuse the situation and get them safely to their gate.<\/p>\n

In the heartbreaking bodycam footage, one of the officers was heard telling his colleague that Milania \u201cjust got out of a Baker Act facility.\u201d (In Florida, an individual can be held in a hospital for up to 72 hours for an emergency mental health evaluation under the Baker Act.)<\/p>\n

\u201cThey actually hired a counselor,\u201d the officer said. When his colleague asked, \u201cIs she a danger to herself?\u201d the first officer replied, \u201cYes, that\u2019s why she got Baker Acted. They\u2019re trying to get her back to a rehab facility.\u201d<\/p>\n

He also deemed the situation \u201cserious.\u201d<\/p>\n

Gia, 25, was seen telling her sister she wanted her to \u201cget better\u201d and that the officers were there to \u201chelp\u201d them \u201ctake [Milania] to treatment,\u201d but Milania put up a fight<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cLike, what the f\u2013k? I don\u2019t wanna go with you. I have an apartment here. I go to school here. The f\u2013k?\u201d she said to Gia before mumbling, \u201cThey put me on a Baker Act. \u2026 I\u2019m not trying to control any situation. I\u2019m f\u2013king under conservation from my parents, whatever. The Lady Gaga s\u2013t, Britney Spears bulls\u2013t.\u201d<\/p>\n

Milania also screamed at Teresa, who insisted she was \u201ctrying to save [Milania\u2019s] life\u201d and that she needed to \u201cget help.\u201d<\/p>\n

At one point, the \u201cReal Housewives of New Jersey\u201d star claimed to the officers that Milania\u00a0\u201chas fentanyl in her system,\u201d<\/a>\u00a0to which the latter fired back, \u201cCause I was laced.\u201d<\/p>\n

The police report from the incident stated Milania\u00a0was experiencing a \u201cmental breakdown\u201d and \u201csuicidal thoughts.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n

On Monday, after the bodycam footage was released, Teresa, 54, took to her Instagram Story to\u00a0upload a lengthy statement<\/a>\u00a0that read in part, \u201cThe past few months have been incredibly difficult for our family, and I feel it is important to say something while also protecting my daughter during an extremely vulnerable time in her life.<\/p>\n

\u201cMilania has experienced tremendous heartbreak and significant psychological trauma after losing two of her best friends. Grief affects everyone differently, and watching your child try to process that kind of loss is something no parent can ever truly prepare for.\u201d (Milania\u2019s friend Victoria Zardoya died in late July, and her great-grandmother died earlier this month.)<\/p>\n

The mother of four added that her \u201conly focus\u201d right now is making sure her daughter \u201cis surrounded by love, family, support and the care she needs.\u201d<\/p>\n

Milania\u00a0was arrested four months ago after she allegedly \u201cdid knowingly cause bodily injury to another, specifically by\u00a0striking the victim, LR, in the head with her fist<\/a>, causing redness to the middle of the victim\u2019s forehead, during a domestic dispute\u201d at Teresa and her husband Luis \u201cLouie\u201d Ruelas\u2019 New Jersey home.<\/p>\n

Milania pleaded not guilty but\u00a0vowed to complete an anger management course<\/a>.<\/p>\n
