Presley Gerber\u2019s tragic final moments in rehab before his death at 27 have been captured in a video exclusively obtained by Page Six.<\/p>\n
In the footage, the late son of Rande Gerber and Cindy Crawford is seen filming himself in Resolutions Living<\/a> in Santa Monica, Calif., on the evening before he died by an apparent overdose.<\/p>\n Presley is wearing a white tank top, a silver chain necklace and black eyeglasses in the clip. His distinct neck tattoos could also be seen in the video.<\/p>\n Presley Gerber was seen inside his Santa Monica rehab facility just hours before his death on Sept. 20 in a video exclusively obtained by Page Six (seen above). Page Six<\/p>\n He proceeds to film the inside of his living quarters, which features multiple beds and a balcony overlooking the manicured property and city skyline.<\/p>\n Two sources confirm to Page Six that the video was filmed Saturday night.<\/p>\n A rep for the Gerber family did not respond to Page Six\u2019s request for comment.<\/p>\n The model died of an apparent overdose while staying at the luxurious $7.7 million rehab facility <\/a>on Sept. 20. He was 27.<\/p>\n The facility features living quarters, a movie theater, gym, city views and nearby mountains, as well as a fully stocked kitchen with meals curated by chefs for residents.<\/p>\n The room featured a bathroom and several beds, according to the clip (seen above). Page Six<\/p>\n There were clothes laid out on some of the beds (seen above). Page Six<\/p>\n In regard to treatment, the website describes residents participating in a \u201cthree-phase recovery program\u201d that includes \u201cgoal-setting activities, volunteer work and character-building exercises.\u201d <\/p>\n Insiders told Page Six that Presley had checked into the facility <\/a>the same weekend he was pronounced dead.<\/p>\n In dispatch audio obtained by Page Six<\/a>, authorities responded to a \u201ccardiac arrest\u201d and \u201coverdose.\u201d <\/p>\n Another source told us Presley \u201cseemed off\u201d <\/a>and \u201cdidn\u2019t seem like himself\u201d in the days leading up to his death.<\/p>\n There were also other belongings shown in the video (seen above). Page Six<\/p>\n After the news of his death surfaced, a family rep told Page Six in a statement that they are asking for \u201cprivacy during this very difficult and painful time.\u201d<\/p>\n A source previously told Page Six<\/a> that Presley\u2019s sister, Kaia Gerber, is struggling to cope with his passing, as they shared an extremely close bond.<\/p>\n \u201cKaia and Presley were insanely close. I don\u2019t know how she\u2019s going to go on without him,\u201d the source said. \u201cThey were way more than brother and sister. She is heartbroken. They were like best friends.\u201d<\/p>\n He also captured the view from the rehab center from outside his window (seen above). Page Six<\/p>\n Another insider told us that Presley\u2019s mom is \u201cdevastated\u201d and \u201cinconsolable\u201d <\/a>after losing her only son. <\/p>\n \u201cThey were so close,\u201d the source said. \u201cWhat you saw online and in the press wasn\u2019t just for that purpose. They were a tight-knit family and [sister] Kaia and Presley were more than just siblings. Cindy has to be beyond gutted.\u201d<\/p>\n Presley was reportedly cremated at the Rose Family Funeral Home<\/a>, with the family planning to keep his ashes at his parents\u2019 Malibu home.<\/p>\n Rande and Cindy are allegedly \u201cstruggling emotionally\u201d to plan a memorial for their late son. <\/p>\n \u201cTheir priority is to keep it private, without media or paparazzi there,\u201d a source told People. <\/a><\/p>\n Presley is the son of Cindy Crawdford and Rande Gerber (seen above with their son in 2017).
