Former member of the idol group ENHYPEN, Evan (EVAN), set a meaningful milestone as a solo artist by placing his first mini-album on Billboard’s main album chart.

According to the latest chart released by Billboard on the 29th (local time) (dated October 3), Evan’s first mini-album, “DEATH OF ME,” debuted at No. 49 on the Billboard 200 chart.

The Billboard 200 ranks the most popular albums in the United States by aggregating physical album sales, digital track downloads, and streaming figures. With his solo debut album entering the top 50 of this chart, Evan once again demonstrated his global influence.

He also stood out on detailed album charts. “DEATH OF ME” ranked No. 2 on the “World Albums” chart and No. 7 on the “Top Album Sales” chart. Riding on these achievements, Evan recorded a No. 1 position on the “Emerging Artists” chart and placed at No. 51 on the “Artist 100” chart.

“DEATH OF ME” is an album that embodies Evan’s resolve to move forward toward musical challenges. The album surpassed sales of 500,000 copies (based on the Hanteo Chart) within three days of its release, becoming a “half-million seller.” Prior to its appearance on the U.S. Billboard charts, it achieved strong results on major album charts such as Japan’s Oricon, Billboard Japan, and the UK Official Charts.

The title track, “Death of Me,” also climbed the UK Official “Single Sales” and “Single Downloads” charts, as well as TikTok Korea’s “Top 50” and “Viral 50” charts. Evan also earned a double crown title on music broadcast programs.

Evan will continue the momentum with follow-up song activities. He is set to perform “Twilight” on Mnet’s “M Countdown,” airing at 6 p.m. on October 1. “Twilight” is a pop track based on UK garage rhythms, sensually expressing the mesmerizing moment of being captivated by someone through the metaphor of twilight.
